Spreeha Choudhury

Spreeha Choudhury, PharmD, JD, is an associate at Epstein, Becker & Green. As part of her growing practice, she advises biopharmaceutical companies on a range of legal, regulatory, policy, market access, and medical affairs matters related to vaccines and preventive health, among other topics. She also provides legal counsel to pharmacies and other health care entities to ensure their compliance with state and federal law.

Prior to attending law school, Dr. Choudhury was a medical copywriter at a pharmaceutical advertising agency where she was responsible for generating scientifically accurate and creative educational materials for patients and providers across a variety of disease states and therapeutic areas.

Dr. Choudhury received her Juris Doctor from The University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
