2022 Sponsorship packages

ALL SPONSORS of the 2022 National Vaccine Law Conference at or above the $1,500 (Bronze Sponsorship) level will receive:

  • Sponsorship recognition in all printed material and on the conference website.
  • Acknowledgement in the Conference Handbook.
  • Logo placement on banners used as a backdrop for press photo opportunities.
  • Social media recognition through multiple posts on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook from the social media account of the conference chair.
  • One full in-person conference registration (valued at $595 each), plus one additional registration for every additional $1,500 increment over the initial $1,500; conference registrations may be given by the sponsor to their employees or clients, or donated to those needing assistance to attend.
  • One invitation to attend the pre-conference Speaker’s Dinner (valued at $75 each), plus one additional invitation for every $2,000 increment in support over the initial $1,500.
  • Access to the block booking rate at the official conference hotel, the Hilton Arlington in the Ballston neighborhood of Arlington VA; complimentary shuttle service will be provided from the conference site to the conference hotel throughout the conference days and times.
  • One complimentary print copy of Vaccine, Vaccination, and Immunization Law, Second Edition (2022), by Brian Dean Abramson, Dorit Rubinstein Reiss, Peter O. Safir, and John R. Thomas, a $229 value; plus one additional copy (if requested) for every $1,500 increment in support over the initial $1,500.

·         10-minute educational presentation at the beginning of the closing lunchtime plenary session on Day 2.
·         Featured recognition with corporate logo on a banner (to be provided by the company) in the great room/lunch area.
·         Most prominent name and logo placement on all printed materials related to event.
·         On-screen recognition (listed on power point) displayed between sessions.
·         Logo placement on hotel key cards for attendees staying at the conference hotel.
·         Logo placement on official conference lanyards and badges.
·         Use of company name as the Conference wi-fi password.
·         Right of first refusal for all sponsorship opportunities for the 2023 National Vaccine Law Conference.
·         Conference Chair (Brian Dean Abramson) will visit Sponsor’s company headquarters (or other U.S. location of your choice) and deliver a program of up to two hours on a Vaccine Law topic of Sponsor’s choice.
·         Names and affiliations of conference attendees, and contact information provided by attendees who authorize the sharing of that information.
·         2-minute presentation opportunities at the beginning of the sponsored session.

·         Recognition for exclusive sponsoring of the respective session.[1]

·         Opportunity to display marketing material at the function.

·         Right of first refusal for key sponsorship opportunities for the 2023 National Vaccine Law Conference.

·         Conference Chair (Brian Dean Abramson) will visit Sponsor’s company headquarters (or other U.S. location of your choice) and deliver a program of up to two hours on a Vaccine Law topic of Sponsor’s choice.

·         Names and affiliations of conference attendees who authorize the sharing of that information.
 

·         Sponsored coffee breaks (between sessions, four available on a first-come basis).
·         Sponsorship opportunities for the 2023 National Vaccine Law Conference.
