A native South Carolinian, Spencer Morris obtained a Pharm.D. from the University of South Carolina in December 2000 and then completed a clinical pharmacy residency in family medicine at the McLeod Medicine Center in Florence, SC from 2001-2002. He then held a faculty position in family medicine for several years in upstate SC before returning home to Georgetown in the fall of 2004. Since moving back to coastal SC, he has worked in hospital, community and long-term care pharmacy settings, founding Southeastern CME Consultants, LLC in September 2006. In January 2009 the company became fully accredited by ACPE as a Provider of Continuing Pharmacy Education, providing relevant and timely continuing education programs, applicable to clinical practice, for healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses and all other affiliated nursing personnel.
