Richard Wilder

Professor of Clinical Studies at the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law.

Bio:
Richard Wilder is Associate General Counsel in the Global Health Program at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, responsible for providing legal support in a range of projects for the development and delivery of drugs, vaccines and diagnostics in the developing world. He is also an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown, and was previously Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property Policy at Microsoft Corporation, as well as a former Director of the Global Intellectual Property Issues Division of the World Intellectual Property Organization, a specialized agency of the United Nations in Geneva.
