Bio:
Mr. Mallo has been the Senior Human Resources & Labor Counsel for Fortune 500 companies both domestically and in Europe. As an attorney admitted to practice in state and Federal courts and well versed in employment law, labor relations & ERISA compliance, he has been the chief spokesperson in hundreds of union labor negotiations and has been successful in over 20 union organizational drives at non-union sites.
Mr. Mallo received his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, and his BA in History from Queens College of New York.
