This session will examine vaccine injury compensation through routes other than the NVICP, including the viability of post-NVICP proceedings against vaccine manufacturers and administrators, claims regarding vaccines not covered by the NVICP (either through the CICP, or in direct civil litigation), and the proposal to shift from a national to a global framework for vaccine injury compensation.
