Bio:
Kelly L. Moore, MD, MPH, is the President and CEO of Immunize.org, a national nonprofit organization that supports the effective use of vaccines through its educational resources for healthcare professionals and through advocacy for policies that reduce barriers to vaccination for people of all ages.
After earning her medical degree from Vanderbilt University and Master of Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health, she completed her training as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer and preventive medicine resident at CDC.
Before joining Immunize.org in 2020, Dr. Moore directed the Tennessee Immunization Program for 14 years. She has served in a variety of roles as an immunization practices and policy advisor to the World Health Organization. She was a voting member of the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) from 2015 through 2019 and as a liaison representative of the Association of Immunization Managers to ACIP from 2011 to 2015.
