Bio:

Donna serves as the Deputy Associate Administrator for Communications and Marketing at the General Services Administration (GSA). The Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM) is GSA’s singular resource for all internal and external communications needs. OCM’s main job is to use communications to help the agency meet its mission and business goals. Donna provides guidance and support for the corporate communications activities which include employee communications, visual information (including graphics, photography, and videography), and web content management for GSA activities in the central office and regions.
