Bio:
Prior to joining the George Washington University Law, Professor Bousquet worked at Feldesman, Tucker, Leifer, Fidell LLP representing individuals in custody, divorce, and domestic violence cases at the trial and appellate court levels. Professor Bousquet co-authored the 2018-2020 editions of the Domestic Relations Manual for the District of Columbia and regularly volunteered at the D.C. Self-Help Center. Before turning his focus to individual representation, Professor Bousquet was an associate at the Washington, D.C. office of Jenner & Block LLP. He is a 2014 graduate of Yale Law School and a former clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. At Yale, Professor Bousquet was a student director of the Sol & Lillian Goldman Advocacy for Children and Youth Clinic, where he represented minors in abuse and neglect proceedings. Before becoming an attorney, Professor Bousquet taught at a boarding school for at-risk youth in rural Maine and worked on a study abroad program in Southern India.
