Bio:
Angela K. Shen, ScD, MPH is a retired CAPTAIN from the US Public Health Service, Visiting Scientist at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and Associate Professor in the School of Medicine and Senior Fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a vaccine policy expert and health services researcher with over 25 years of experience, specializing at the intersection of policy and practice in health disparities, access to immunization services, and barriers to innovation.
