Bio:
Adam Mossoff is a law professor at Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University. His scholarship on patent law and innovation policy has been relied on by the Supreme Court, the Federal Circuit, and by the PTO, FTC, DOJ, and NIST, and he has been invited five times to testify before Congress on patent legislation.
He has also published in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Forbes, STAT, and other media. He is a director and senior fellow at several academic centers, think tanks, and policy organizations.
